Please consider nominating your own or fellow neighbors yard for yard of the month.

Architect Review Committee: 
No building, fence, wall, or other structure shall be commenced, erected, or maintained upon the subject property, nor shall any exterior addition to or change to or alteration therein be made until the plan, and specifications showing the nature, kind, shape, height, materials, and locations of the same, shall be submitted to and approved in writing as to harmony of the external design and location in relation to the surrounding structures and topography by the Architectural Review Board and as hereinafter defined.

SURVEY
The Board is undertaking the process of updating the bylaws and the covenants and restrictions. Please let us know what items you believe should be added, removed, and edited. Please complete the link below. Only one submission will be accepted per property. 

Writing an application

Covenant and Restrictions Action Plan:
Due to some violations, like grass re-pair/resod, exterior painting, roof repair/cleaning, etc., some homeowners may need more time than the initial fourteen days given in the violation notice. The board will do its best to work with homeowners on their request for additional timing to correct the violations. We ask that you please submit one plan of action per violation.
